  • Great American Weekend: Saturday, July 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, July 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Church Park in Goshen. Kick off grand circuit racing season at the world’s oldest active harness racing track.   • New York Air Show: Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Stewart International Airport. U.S. Navy Blue Angels will headline the event which will also feature a flight performance of the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter and the West Point Parachute Team.   • Independence Day Celebration: Tuesday, July 4 from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at New Windsor Cantonment State Historic Site. A military drill and cannon firing at 2 p.m., followed by a children’s musket drill.   • Independence Day Celebration with the West Point Band: Saturday, July 8, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., the West Point Band celebrates our nation’s Independence Day at Trophy Point.
